Which countries do we deliver to?

We send our products to most continents across the globe. There may be certain restrictions and these countries will not be able to be selected when you confirm your order. 

Where do you dispatch your items from?

We send our products from our warehouse in Finland. All orders will be sent by different couriers depending on the size of the parcel. We use GLS and UPS mainly for international orders, and Posti or Matkahuolto for domestic parcels. 

When will I receive my order?

To international orders going outside of Finland, 5-8 business days depending on where the item is being delivered to. Domestic orders within Finland will take 1-3 business days. The estimate of the shipping time excludes our processing time, which can be 1-2 days depending on the products ordered. You will receive an email confirming your order, including a tracking code to track your shipment.

How do I receive my package?

International orders if sent by GLS or UPS, will arrive at your door. They will get in touch with you shortly before delivery. Please make sure to include your phone number to the order. Domestic orders made within Finland will be mainly sent to your nearest pick up point. 

How much do I pay for shipping?

The shipping costs will be automatically added to your order. The amount is dependent on the final location of the parcel. 

Are there additional costs incurred through taxes, fees or import duties?

When you order outside of the EU, taxes and other fees may be charged. The fee varies based on the value of your order. 






How do I return or exchange an item?

For domestic orders made in Finland we offer free returns and exchanges. We will send you a label to put on the parcel before drop off to your nearest postal office. 

We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. If you wish to return an item, you are in charge of the shipping costs, and carrier you wish to use. Please keep any receipt or copy you receive from dropping the parcel off at the postal office of your choice, as the parcel is under your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. 

 Please get in touch with us before making a return for international orders. 

If you want to change an item then you can return anything you don’t wish to keep and order a new one. When returning an item, please get in touch by email at

 Which products can I return?

Any product bought at can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the package or product is damaged due to incorrect use or negligence then the product cannot be returned.

I have received a damaged item and I want to return it.

Please get in touch with our customer service at where you will receive assistance. Do not send anything back to us until you have got in touch with us first and received confirmation.

We need to obtain clear information regarding the nature of the damage before we confirm details regarding returning any items.

What is the deadline for returning an item I have purchased?

30 days from the date you receive an item.

How do you handle a returned item?

How do I return an item I bought from a shop?

We can only receive items which are bought directly from us. If you have bought an item from a shop then get in touch with the shop directly and they will help you.

I have received an item as a present. Can this be returned?

Yes, if this has been purchased at then you can return the item within 30 days of it being delivered. We will need the name of the purchaser and also require that the item is in its original condition with all its tags attached. Get in touch with our customer service to confirm. If the item has been bought at a shop then get in touch with them directly.

When do I get my money back?

Once we have received the returned item then we reimburse your money to the same account on which the payment was made. Note that any eventual shipping charges will not be refunded. Depending on your bank, it will normally take between 2-5 working days for the money to reach your account.
